QA/QC Introduction

In March 2002, the early period of foundation, Nanjing Shiheng Electronics Co., Ltd. was certificated by ISO9001:2000. The Quality Management System covers all products of Shiheng. Ranging from the purchase of raw materials, the process of manufacturing to the sale, the established full set of quality control system which complies with the requirement of ISO9001:2000 is strict and standard, so all products are reliable and high quality. The company has a strict assessment and screening with the suppliers, identifying from their products quality, firm strength, credit to lead time, etc; still signing quality guarantee agreement and environmental protection agreement to assure high quality of raw materials. During the process of production, through strict management, process inspection and control of process transfer cards, Shiheng realizes effective control and guarantees products' quality in every process. When there are quality problems in sales feedback, the company can find the reason quickly by the use of process transfer cards. In the aspect of products leaving factory and sales, Shiheng guarantees the customer super-quality products and service by way of strict leaving factory inspection and standard marketing service.
In addition, the company follows the philosophy: "Quality is not inspected but designed and managed". Therefore it prepares carefully at the beginning of manufacturing products, making sure the prescription, technique requirements, quality control, etc.
There are about more than one hundred manufacturing facilities: granulating machine, oven, super fine powder ball mill automatic tunnel kiln, smear silver machine, high precision slice machine, high accuracy oil slot, automatic slice separate machine, automatic slice insert machine, steady static voltage machine and welding machine, etc; and more then eighty testing facilities including impulse current testing instrument, final product testing machine. Shiheng has a high standard inspection and aging lab; still he is increasing its input in equipment. The cost spent on automatic high-performance facilities greatly improves the productivity and efficiency; and guarantees the product uniformity and steadily at the same time.
The company having many hi-tech products was authorized as "Nanjing hi-tech enterprise" in 2004. In Aug. 2006, it became "Nanjing Civil-owned Hi-tech Enterprises"; and was honored as "Jiangsu Civil-owned Hi-tech Enterprises" in the following October. Shiheng is a member of China Electronic Components Association and China Power Supply Society as well. Because of its powerful capacity of research and development, Shiheng obtained several patents. It has participated quite a lot of scientific projects sponsored by multi-grade governments for many years, including Technology Innovation Fund for Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises supported by Jiangning District, Technology Innovation Fund for Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises supported by Nanjing City, Scientific and Technological Plan of Jiangning District and Technological Development Program of Nanjing City, etc. As a result, it gained a number of awards and fund assistance. In 2007, it received "Technology Innovation Fund for Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" from National Science and Technology Department. In Dec. of the same year, Shiheng got environmental management system certification (ISO14001:2004). It's Shiheng's reputation to have all these which are the results of strict products control and standard management.
