Introduction
With the consistent idea of "benefit from management" we have been highly emphasizing on the construction of a solid management team. Through many years experience, we have established a management group which is highly efficient, fact-oriented, and have come into being a scientific and ripe management organization gradually. Our General Manager, who takes charge of the decision of serious issues and development plan of our company, stands on the first place of management. The second management layer includes Synthetic Office, Quality Control Department, Manufacture Department, Market Department and R&D Department. There into, the Synthetic Office takes charge of the employee training and daily documents handling. The Quality Control Department is responsible for the inspection commission of original material, semi-manufactured goods and finished products; meanwhile, it also takes charge of the task of data management. The Manufacturing Department takes charge of process control, warehouse management of semi-manufactured products and finished parts, and equipment management. The Marketing Department is responsible for market development, after-sales service, management of material warehouse, and the surveying of custom's satisfaction degree. The R&D Department takes charge of researching and developing new products, the control of surveillance and measurement devices, document control, and process identification and design.

Graduated form solid material of Huazhong University of Science and Technology and EMBA of Nanjing University, he has dedicated to material of thermistors and sensitive component products for more than 20 years, with several patents gained. In 2002, he, appointed as board chairman and general manager, overcomes all kinds of difficulties and established his own factory: "Nanjing Shiheng Electronics Co., Ltd" He participates in R&D of products and technology management himself and takes in charge of many other duties, presenting his bravery style of raiser. Under the pressure of lots of daily works in the company, Mr. Wangyang still manages to continue his research in sensitive electronic components. NSP power NTC thermistor researched out by him in 1998 got Nanjing good new product award. Besides, "steady temperature testing machine" and "currency impulse machine" obtain national patent. In the aspect of operating and management, Mr. Wang does his best to realize scientific and advance system management, continuing to learn management theory and improve management ability. In order to comply with the fast growing of Shiheng Company, Mr. Wang joins in the study of EMBA of Nanjing University. Based on the spirit of "Good Quality, Scientific Management, Continuous Creation, Customer Satisfaction", "high quality cost ratio to satisfy customers" and the hope to become international famous enterprise, with the wise direction of Mr. Wangyang, Shiheng Company is developing by leaps and bounds, becoming the numbered company in NTC thermistor business. The welfare of workers is becoming better too. Shiheng is walking towards the direction of production, study and research combined tightly.

Introduction:University degree, senior engineer, graduated from electronic&technology major, Anhui University. He has been engaging in the technology development of sensitive components, production process and equipment design more than 20 years, having successfully completed a number of research projects. From 1982 to 1999, he was working in the branch of technology ,PLA No.7410 factory, Chaohu, Anhui. His main task was making out production process, designing equipment and mold, etc. In the following four years, he became a vice president and also worked in the technical department in Hefei Sanjing Electronics Co., Ltd., responsible for the production process of NTC thermistors, technology development, equipment design and manufacture, as well as solving the problems encountered in production. From 2003 to 2005, he took the same position in Shengzhen Kepengda Electronics Co., Ltd. He was in charge of NTC thermistors, technology development, design of production process and design of flexible size clamps. He successfully completed more than 30 designs, Which greatly improved the products quality and yield and speeded up the development of enterprise. In the following two years, he was retained by Guangdong Shuidege Electronics Co., Ltd. with responsibility for sensors production and technology development . In 2007 he was invited to Nanjing Shiheng electronics Co., Ltd. as chief engineer, and his main task is NTC thermistors production and development, echnics and equipment design, technological innovation and so on.
